Privacy Policy

1. Operator and scope

VangarSignal is operated by Robert Harris, doing business as VangarSignal, in Texas, United States. Contact: support@vangarsignal.com. This policy describes the current public website and information you may separately send us through contact channels.

VangarSignal provides business-development intelligence based on public federal award information and analytical prioritization. Customer accounts, payments, subscription billing and automatic customer delivery are not currently available. A future customer dashboard is a product direction, not an available account service.

2. Information you provide

Build My Sample currently prepares a request in your browser. The form asks for company name, work email, product/service, ideal customer, geographic preferences (including a specific state when selected), company-size preference, minimum award trigger, preferred award type and opportunity priority. Optional Other descriptions are part of the targeting brief. The current form is not connected to a submission service: preparing a request does not send these details to VangarSignal. You can choose to copy or download the prepared text, or send information to us separately by email. Emails contain whatever you choose to send.

Use business details. Do not submit passwords, payment information, sensitive personal information, confidential customer lists or information about children. The service is intended for business use.

3. Operational information

When you prepare a request, the browser creates a random request identifier and a short signature calculated from the form fields. The prepared request text is displayed in the browser page; it is not written to sessionStorage. The current form does not call a Worker or send form data to VangarSignal; it does not create a server-side lead, targeting, processing or notification record. It does not trigger D1, R2 or Telegram processing. If you separately email us, we receive the message and its contents. Public contact email is routed through Zoho Mail.

Like other websites, the host and network providers serving the static website may receive technical request information such as IP address, requested page or asset, time, and browser/network headers to deliver and protect the site. Their handling and log retention are governed by their own service arrangements. This is separate from the Build My Sample form, which is not transmitted.

4. Browser storage and tracking

When you prepare a request, the page uses sessionStorage under awardsignal-lead-attempt to keep a random request identifier and a short signature derived from the form fields. It does not store the raw company name, email or prepared request text there. This entry normally lasts for the tab session, although browser restore features may preserve it. You can clear site storage through your browser. Copying uses your browser's clipboard only after you choose Copy request; downloading creates a text file on your device only after you choose Download request. Neither action sends the request to VangarSignal.

The website does not currently set cookies, use localStorage, install analytics or advertising pixels, use behavioral tracking scripts, or embed third-party content. Fonts and website images are served as local site assets. Ordinary browser and hosting/network processing still occurs. There is no active form submission request or form transmission.

5. Public federal information and analysis

We use public federal award data, principally USAspending.gov, for recipients, identifiers, agencies, dates, descriptions, classifications and separately identified spending amounts. Public records may contain business and individual information. Source facts, derived metrics, analytical inferences and unknowns remain distinct.

Signals do not establish financing need, purchase or lease intent, financial distress, future performance or a guaranteed sales opportunity. Website examples are fictional and labeled as illustrative.

6. Purposes and providers

We use information you separately send us, such as an email, to understand your inquiry, respond, and operate and secure our communications. The current Build My Sample form does not transmit a request for review or sample preparation. A prepared request is not a submission or a promise that a sample will be prepared. Sample availability depends on coverage and may require manual review.

The repository contains operational components for Worker, D1, private R2 storage and Telegram notifications, but the current public website form is not connected to them and form use does not invoke them. This description is not a statement that those components are processing your website form. Public contact email is routed through Zoho Mail. Providers may process information outside your state or country under their service arrangements. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information where required by law, to address security or fraud, or to protect legal rights.

7. Retention

The 90-day operational target applies only to Build My Sample request information that VangarSignal actually receives through an enabled request process. The current form does not transmit a request or create that server-side record, so the target does not apply to text prepared only in your browser. Retention is reviewed operationally; this is not a claim that automatic deletion is implemented. Separately emailed messages may be retained as needed to respond and meet legal or security needs; no specific 90-day deletion promise applies to email or provider backups.

Information may be kept longer when reasonably needed for security, legal obligations, backups, audit or system integrity. Any exception should be limited to the necessary information and purpose. Provider records and backups may follow separate retention cycles; we do not promise removal from every provider backup exactly on day 90. Information needed for an ongoing customer relationship will be addressed in the relevant service arrangement.

8. Security

The current form validates and prepares information in your browser; it does not transmit it. If you separately send us information, we use restricted operational access and provider account safeguards to protect communications we receive. No internet system guarantees absolute security. Do not send secrets through the form or email.

9. Choices and requests

You may choose not to prepare, copy, download or separately send a request. Contact support@vangarsignal.com to request access, correction, deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Depending on applicable law, additional rights or exceptions may apply. We may verify your request using proportionate information before acting. You may use the same email to ask us to review a denied request. There is no self-service account or deletion portal, and no automated marketing or customer report-email campaign is currently enabled.
